What happens when I contact you?

If you contact me I will respond to you as quickly as possible and arrange a mutually agreeable time to have a phone or video conversation. During the conversation, I will assess your needs and strengths. We will discuss your goals to support the development of a treatment plan.

This phone conversation is also a good chance or you see if you think we would be a good fit to work together and ask any questions you may be curious about.

If we both decide that the fit is a good one sessions would start typically within a 2-4 weeks depending on my volume. Sessions take place Online using OWL Practice a secure Video Platform or via phone is you prefer .

If I genuinely feel I am able to help you in a meaningful way I will. However, if your issue is beyond my scope of practice I will refer you to another professional whom I know will be better able to meet your needs.
